Teacher training and continuing education.

Murielle trains both aspiring Pilates instructors and established teachers wishing to extend their skills across the Pilates apparatus.

She offers teacher-training and certification programmes, as well as focused workshops and continuing education, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Spine Corrector, Ped-O-Pul and other traditional Pilates apparatus.

Murielle also teaches specialist workshops in pre- and post-natal Pilates, Pilates for scoliosis and Pilates for breast cancer.

Training is small-scale and practical. Murielle wants teachers to understand the essence of the movement, observe the person in front of them and adapt their teaching accordingly.

Murielle teaches people starting almost from scratch as well as qualified instructors. She has delivered teacher-training and certification programmes in the UK and Geneva. Her teaching draws on 20 years of Pilates experience and extensive training with Kathy Corey and Lolita San Miguel.
